We have limited numbers and need to respond quickly to ensure we get a club stand, so the closing date for entries is Friday 19th January. But the sooner the better to increase our chances of getting a stand.
The charge per car is £5, however, we also need Public Liability Insurance for this show and increasing more and more shows where we have a club stand.
We have little in the way of overheads as a club apart from the insurance, as such, I’d like to charge £10 per car to cover the entry fee and hopefully will also just about cover our insurance.
This can be paid for via PayPal direct to the club account, you don’t need a paypal account to do this – BUT VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE SURE TO TICK “Friends and Family” otherwise we get charged a fee!!
