DESCRIPTION:We have a club stand at Carfest this year.\nThe price per car which includes 2 x adult weekend tickets without camping (usually £195 pp) is a bargain £66 (£27 for additional children tickets).\nCamping in Blue Campsite (no power) can be added for £216 (camping pitches measure 6m x 6m\, and tent(s) must fit within this space)The car does have to remain on site for the weekend\, so you will need a spare car\, lift etc. We can organise lifts and transport in and out closer to the time.Car Club Ts&Cs \n\n\nCar clubs are permitted to display a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 vehicles.\nEach club entry includes X2 adult weekend entry tickets.\nEach display vehicle is charged at £66 and includes X2 adult weekend entry tickets.\nAdditional weekend tickets can be purchased from May 2024 and are charged at £97.50 for an adult and £27.00 for a child.\nYou also have the option to purchase Friday only\, Saturday only and Sunday only entry tickets. These can also be purchased from May 2024 and are charged between £43.50-£49.50 for an adult and £10-£12.50 for a child (ticket price dependent on chosen day). \n\nYou need to RSVP below (Select 1 GUEST only regardless of your party size)\nPayment of £66 + any extras like camping etc. will need to made to the Basingstoke Mini Club PayPal account by the 26th July.

DESCRIPTION:Firstly the event will cost £10/car for entry and to cover our insurance (see below). \nIf you are definitely coming then you need to go to the following link on our website and RSVP to this event\, make sure you put your full name and email address\n\nWe have limited numbers and need to respond quickly to ensure we get a club stand\, so the closing date for entries is Friday 19th January. But the sooner the better to increase our chances of getting a stand. \nThe charge per car is £5\, however\, we also need Public Liability Insurance for this show and increasing more and more shows where we have a club stand. \nWe have little in the way of overheads as a club apart from the insurance\, as such\, I’d like to charge £10 per car to cover the entry fee and hopefully will also just about cover our insurance. \nThis can be paid for via PayPal direct to the club account\, you don’t need a paypal account to do this – BUT VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE SURE TO TICK “Friends and Family” otherwise we get charged a fee!! \nhttps://paypal.me/bskminiclub\n\nTICK “Friends and Family” \nOnce you’ve paid\, your place is confirmed.
